Delivery

We currently only offer delivery to the United Kingdom through our website. For international orders, please contact us on Instagram through DM.

Orders are normally dispatched after 1-2 days of processing. Delivery to the UK takes around 2-5 days, but it can arrive quicker or later depending on the service status along the route. International delivery can take 3-10 days for Europe, and everywhere else 5-14 days.

If you haven’t received your item 2 weeks after your order date, please contact us (please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping courier).

Returns

We currently do not accept returns for items which are not damaged/defective.

However, if your item is damaged or defective on delivery, please contact us within 14 days after delivery; you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

If you contact us after the 14 days, you may only be eligible for a partial refund.

Refunds

Cancellations (before dispatch)

If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, it must be done before your order is dispatched (usually within 24 hours).

Refunds (after dispatch)

Refunds after dispatch are only accepted if the item is damaged or defective. If so, please apply for a refund here or email us at info@muhajjibah.com.

Once your refund application is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
