The Qur’an: the verbatim words of your Lord, your Creator and the Owner of the whole universe. How merciful is Allah ﷻ to have revealed to us His divine words, by which we can flourish not only as individuals but as families, communities and mankind at large, and live our lives to the fullest. Subhānallāh! The guidance and instructions are made crystal clear for us. It answers any question you will have but YOU have to take the step. It starts with you.

Allah ﷻ has promised that:

“Whoever comes to Me walking, I will come to him running.”

ṢAḤĪḤ MUSLIM 2687

Allah ﷻ wants you to run to Him. He is waiting for you to turn to Him. He wants the best for you! He wants Jannah for you.

Allah ﷻ says:

“He is the One˺ Who created death and life in order to test which of you is best in deeds”.

QUR’AN 67:2

But what we fail to realise is that we are in a test where we can open the book to find the answers right in front of us.

So open your Qur’an today and recite. Read the translation and reflect upon how the verses you read can apply to you on a more personal level. Make this your sign to really delve deeper into what the Qur’an has to offer, because you may see the Qur’an in a light you never have before. And it will add a richness to your life and a tranquillity to your soul that you will realise you needed so badly.
